Equalizer

The built-in equalizer allows you to adjust the frequency balance of your music. It’s a powerful tool for enhancing your listening experience or tailoring playback to your environment.

Accessing the Equalizer

To open the equalizer:

Go to Settings > Audio Effects.
Select the Equalizer tab.

Equalizer Interface

The equalizer features a multi-band graphical interface:

Frequency Bands: Typically includes 5–10 bands (e.g., 60Hz, 250Hz, 1kHz, 4kHz, 16kHz).
Gain Sliders: Drag up or down to boost or cut specific frequencies.
Preset Menu: Choose from built-in presets like:
- Bass Boost
- Vocal Clarity
- Classical
- Rock
- Flat (neutral setting)

Custom Presets

You can create and save your own presets:

Adjust the sliders.
Click Save Preset.
Name your preset and confirm.

Presets are stored locally and can be imported/exported for sharing.

Use Cases

Reduce harsh treble in bright headphones.
Enhance bass in small speakers.
Isolate vocals or specific instruments.

Changes apply instantly, so you can hear the results in real time.
